A Chicago native, Edgar OtraVez was once aspiring to be a professional fighter with the hopes of retiring with a B movie career. Not-My-Cousin Dan

Former Comedian, Podcast Host, Bigger Nerd

Not-My-Cousin-Dan is just this guy, you know? After college, he started reading books like the Vedas and the Upanishads and The Razor’s Edge by Somerset Maugham and traveled to India to seek the wisdom of the mystics. But while traversing the Western Ghat Mountains, Dan contracted Dengue fever and died. And that’s how he ended up working in marketing.

He’s a jack of all trades who’s worked a lot of different kinds of jobs; Dan’s spent time as a stand up comic, author of special interest history books, Zamboni driver, multi-attempt podcaster, Blockbuster Video Assistant Manager, luggage salesman, and even some other stuff. Anymore, he’s just a standard suburban malcontent trying to learn to play guitar.

Not-My-Cousin Dan has written a wonderful article for Revzilla.

Cousin Primo

Kaiju Expert, Taco Aficionado, 1985 Backyard Samurai Sunday Kung Fu Youth-Division Champion, Podcast Host

Cousin Primo was found inside a giant peach pit floating in the Chicago River and raised in a traveling circus. When he was 12 years old, Primo inherited gi pants and shuriken from Sho’nuff, the Shogun of Harlem, and with them the power to exist outside of time and space. He uses that power to amass unmatched knowledge of Kaiju and Anime and can shoot laser beams from his eyeballs. Don’t piss Primo off.
