Off of the recent NAGA team win, John Lawrence, 2nd-degree black belt drops straight-up Jiu Jitsu knowledge. He talks with Edgar OtraVez about periodization, competition training, competition-style Jiu Jitsu versus self-defense style Jiu Jitsu, and training with purpose. John shares a lot of his expertise and shows the close attention he pays to his craft and his people. John at the end gives a huge shout-out to a bunch of people but he also mentions that he will be doing promotions. Congratulations, Dan Medalie on receiving your black belt.
